The unofficial tribute to A. Novitsky consists of songs written by the Vladivostok rock musician, the leader of the group "Mamin Ugol", Alexander Novitsky, who died in February 2023. The song "Tires" was written under the impression of events in Ukraine and immediately recorded at a home studio in Pavlovsky Posad near Moscow in April 2014.

The album was recorded in Moscow at a home studio in August-October 2010. The title track "Underground Dweller" is included in the album in two versions - 2010 and 2008. The song itself is from the repertoire of the Vladivostok rock band "Mama's Corner", of which Vyacha was a member, written in collaboration with the leader of Mama's Corner - Alexander Novitsky.

The album was recorded in Moscow at a home studio in January 2008. All lyrics and music are by Vyacha Eliseev. Alexandra "Tochka" Nadtochieva took part in the recording of the songs "I will never be the first" and "Spit in the Back" as a backing vocalist.
