The song "Tires" was written under the impression of events in Ukraine and immediately recorded at a home studio in Pavlovsky Posad near Moscow in April 2014.

The album was recorded in Moscow at a home studio in August-October 2010. The title track "Underground Dweller" is included in the album in two versions - 2010 and 2008. The song itself is from the repertoire of the Vladivostok rock band "Mama's Corner", of which Vyacha was a member, written in collaboration with the leader of Mama's Corner - Alexander Novitsky.
